Emma:  Over the years, I have held positions in various departments: Finance & Administration, Admissions, Education, Info Center and the Executive Department. Currently, I am a Specialist for the Admissions Department.

Emma:  I'm proudest of those times when I was able to put my attention to detail to good use, such as when the Info Center inherited the CE area and data clean-up and I could see the progress we made. I’m also enjoying the challenges of integrating technology into the Experience Review and Comprehensive Exam areas in my current position, as we work to create greater efficiency and streamline the processes without losing any of the essentials of those areas.

Emma:  The greatest thing about AI has always been the people. I’ve worked with some amazing folks over the last 30 years, and watching people I’ve worked with (or sometimes even hired) go on to succeed, either here or after they move on to other positions, is fabulous.

Emma:  I have a lot of great memories, but if I had to pick one (and this is cheating a little), it would probably be the staff outings where we took a boat ride on Lake Michigan. Between the food, the dancing, and the karaoke… It was a great way to spend time away from the office and get to know staff I might not work with regularly a little better.
