Collateral Risk Solutions is seeking Forensic Appraisal Review Specialists with strong analytical skills and experience performing retrospective collateral risk assessments of residential appraisals.
Mandatory requirements include:
1) minimum 5 years residential appraisal review experience or appraisal collateral risk assessment experience where compensation has been based on production (nationwide appraisal review experience preferred);
2) ability to identify fraud signs and appraisal overvaluation techniques;
3) ability to effectively utilize data search tools including RealQuest and various MLS boards;
4) detailed written/verbal communication skills and proficiency in Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Word required;
5) ability to reconcile multiple valuation and data reports;
6) strong organizational and time management skills;
7) appraisal License/Certification (certification preferred – must be in good standing).
